On Pentecost Sunday, 31 May 2020, we welcomed six new members into the Catholic Church community.
Neil Banks, Ilonka du Toit, Robert du Toit, Benjamin O'Dea, Oliver O'Dea and Peter Yuswak have completed the Sacraments of Initiation (RCIA) in our parish.
Thank you so much for their sponsors and Anne Smith and Deacon Ron Webb who tirelessly and generously co-journey with our candidates. We continue to pray for them.
All powerful God, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
by water and the Holy Spirit
you freed your sons and daughters from sin
and gave them new life.
Send your Holy Spirit upon them
To be their helper and guide,
Give them the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
The spirit of right judgment and courage,
The spirit of knowledge and reverence
Fill them with the spirit of wonder and awe in your presence.
